Skill Development:  Kipping / Butterfly Pull-Ups

WOD:  Every 4 minutes repeat the following:

  • 500 meter Row
  • 10 Kettle Bell Swings, 1.5/1pood
  • 20 Ab Mat Sit-Ups
    Do as many rounds as possible but no more than 8 and no fewer than 4
