With 95lbs on the bar, do as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Overhead Squats

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

15 Push-Presses

20 Wipers (lie on floor with bar pressed over chest and bring legs up to right hand, down to floor and up to left hand for each rep)
