WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 15 Chest to bar pull-ups
  • 30 second Ring L-sit hold

Cash-Out: Box Jump for Height

  • 5-5-5-5
  • Use four rounds to find the highest elevation possible to do 5 unbroken box jumps (jump-up, jump down and immediately jump back up).
