WOD:  Using a 95/65lb bar, do 7 Rounds for time..

  • 7 Shoulder Press
  • 7 Push-Press
  • 7 Push-Jerk

Cash-Out:  30 Burpee Pull-Ups (done immediately after last round of WOD)
