WOD, strength development Day 5

Deadlift

  • Set 1: +5lbs from Day Three, 3-5 reps
  • Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps

Press

  • Set 1: +2-5lbs from Day Three, 3-5 reps
  • Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps

Cash out: 3 x 5L/5R, suitcase deadlift.  Use weight not so heavy as to pull you laterally out of mid-line stability
