Skill:  Review of Pose Running

  • 25 Sumo DeadLift High-Pulls, 75/55lbs

    24:00 RX. Air squats…M I S E R Y

    So..I make a motion this officially be renamed, “The Suk!”, because all I kept thinking to myself is, “this suckkkkkkks!” Great stuff!!! As a gauge I’ll tell you I’m a Army Veteran of the Gulf War and almost 20yr veteran Police Officer. That workout rivals any workout or PT session I’ve seen in Basic Training, the Police Academy or any of the numerous training schools I’ve attended. That will make a believer out of you!! Respect to anyone who even showed up for this workout!!

    I felt a ‘twinge’ in my lower back during the running I think that was from all the deadlifts in Monday’s workout!

    I agree it was a great night for running! It was a rough one but proud when I finished! Proud of all of you that did it as well!

    Ugh! I cannot remember my exact time…24:58? 24:59? something like that
    It was my first Rx workout!!! Super excited and felt good especially after doing this after a grueling 1hour cycle prior. I even did my Burpees afterwards and did not die :)
