Mobility: 6 minutes on what needs it most

WOD: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • 15 Deadlifts, 155/110lbs
  • 15 Deficit push-ups, hands on 25 pound plates
  • 15 Box jumps, 24/20″

Cash-Out: Mt. Climber Tabata

  • Knee must come up to level of arms on the up and full extension at the back
