WOD  Perform the following 3 couplets with 4 minutes rest between each

1.  AMRAP in 4 minutes of:

  • 8 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
  • 12 Double Unders

2.  AMRAP in 2 minutes of:

  • Hand Release Push-Ups with 45/15lb plate on your back

3.  AMRAP in 4 minutes of:

  • 10 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 10 Back Extensions
