Strength Development Single Leg Squat
- 5 x 5 each leg
- add weight or use bands as needed
WOD 3 Rounds for time:
- 8 Snatches w/ Right arm, 45/30lb dumbbell
- 8 Dead Hang Pull-Ups
- 8 Snatches w/ Left arm, 45/30lb dumbbell
- 8 Ring Dips
