Tuesday, November 23 WOD

Do exercise #1 +15 sit-ups.  Then exercise #1 and 2 + 15 sit-ups.  Then 1,2, and 3 + 15 sit-ups.  Continue adding an exercise until you do all 6 followed each time by 15 sit-ups.  Record your time.

1)  5 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls at 95lbs

2)  10 Pull-Ups

3)  15 Push-Ups

4)  20 Wall Ball

5)  25 Double Unders

6)  30 Squats
