Buy-In  10 Rounds for time:

  • 100 meter Row
  • Set drag to 10
  • Rest 30 seconds between efforts

WOD  5 Rounds for max weight:

  • 3 Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
  • Maintain midline throughout
  • Rest 60 seconds between efforts

Cash-Out  Sit-Up Tabata

  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of sit-ups followed by 10 seconds rest
  • Your score is the lowest number performed during the 8 rounds
