  • Max Rep Weighted Pull Ups
  • 5 Tire Flips

Cash-Out  Treadmill Tabata:

  • Set elevation to 12%
  • Set speed to 5k minute/mile pace
  • Do 8 rounds of 20 seconds run followed by 10 seconds rest
