Buy-In: 50 Bench Presses with empty barbell

WOD: Starting with 115/75lbs, do 2 reps per round and increase the weight by 2olbs until failure.  Once you hit failure, take the last successful set and do 5×2.

Cash-Out: AMRAP in 1 minute of Bench Press, 95/65lbs immediately followed by max rep pullups in 1 minute.
