Strength WOD  “CrossFit Total”

Take 3 attempts to find out your 1RM in the following movements and add the totals:

  • DeadLift
  • Shoulder Press
  • Squat

Met Con  AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • 200 meter run Up and Down a Hill with 12% incline
  • 25 Push-Ups
