Buy-In: Using 85% of your Shoulder Press 1RM, do:

3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3

Shoulder-Press/Push-Press/Push-Jerk

  • Shoulder Press as many rounds as possible moving to Push-Press and finally Push-Jerk if necessary.
  • Do 1st round at 3-2-1-go and remaining rounds on the minute.
  • Each round begins from floor, no racks.
  • Use a technically sound Power Clean to get bar to shoulders.

WOD: 6 rounds for time of:

  • 5 Calorie row
  • 10 Box Jumps (20″)
  • 15 Double Unders
