We are doing today’s hero wod in honor of our troops serving at home and abroad, especially for those who gave their lives to secure our freedom.  Thank you all.

The “lumber jack 20” wod was created in honor of the 4 members of CrossFit Lumberjack and 8  other soldiers killed at Fort Hood during the attack on November 5, 2009.

20 Deadlifts (275lbs)
Run 400m
20 KB swings (2pood)
Run 400m
20 Overhead Squats (115lbs)
Run 400m
20 Burpees
Run 400m
20 Pullups (Chest to Bar)
Run 400m
20 Box jumps (24″)
Run 400m
20 DB Squat Cleans (45lbs each)
