CrossFit Open Workout 13.1

Skill: Review Standard of Movements

WOD: AMRAP in 17 minutes of:

  • 40 Burpees
  • 30 Snatch, 75/45lbs
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Snatch, 135/75lbs
  • 20 Burpees
  • 30 Snatch, 165/100lbs
  • 10 burpees
  • Max rep Snatch, 210/120lbs
The workout will be done in heats as necessary.  If you are not participating in the CrossFit Open, do the following as a Cash-Out or Buy-In, based on what heat you are in:
Buy-In / Cash-Out: AMRAP in 6 minutes of…
  • Double Unders
  • AbMat Sit-ups
  • Accumulate reps however you want.  Your score is total number of reps completed
