WOD: Determine max load within 5 rounds for each of the following movements.  Rest 1 minute between sets.

  • 5 DeadLifts, snatch grip
  • 5 Sumo DeadLift HighPulls
  • 5 Ring Push-Ups

Cash-Out: 50 GHD Sit-Ups and Hip Extensions
