Mobility: 6 minutes on what needs it most

SKill: Review the standards for 12.5

WOD: Using 100lbs for the Men and 65lbs for the Women, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:

  • 3 Thrusters
  • 3 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
  • 6 Thrusters
  • 6 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
  • 9 Thrusters
  • 9 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
  • 12 Thrusters
  • 12 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
  • 15 Thrusters
  • 15 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
  • etc…

This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 15, go on to 18. If you complete 18, go on to 21, etc.

Cash-Out: 20 meter Shuttle Run with 45/25lb plate overhead, Tabata style for distance.
