WOD: Back Squats, using 90% of your 1RM Back Squat…

  • 5 reps @ 40%
  • 5 reps @ 50%
  • 5 reps @ 60%
  • 3 reps @ 70%
  • 3 reps @ 80%
  • go to failure @ 90%

Cash-Out: 3 x AMRAP in 4 minutes of…

  • 20 Jumping Air Squats
  • 15 Mountain Climbers, L + R = 1 rep
  • 10 Bar Hop-Overs
  • 5 Front Squats, 135/95lbs

*Rest 2 minutes between AMRAPS.  Reps start where you left off the round before.
