‪10 KB Goblet Squats (light weight, focus on knees out and torso upright)‬
‪10 Russian KBS ‬
‪5/ea Alternating Side Planks (On your hand, extend arm to a T-Position)‬
‪2 Turkish Getups/ea (light weight) ‬
Buy-In: 5 Sets: ‬
‪1 Power clean w/pause @catch, building ‬
‪3 max height box jump ‬
WOD: 5 Rounds: ‬
‪Min 1= :30 50’ shuttle sprint (each length =1) ‬
‪Min 2= :30 no push up burpee box jump‬
‪Min 3= :30 double unders‬
‪Min 4= :30 50’ farmers carry (heavy, each length=1) ‬
‪*Score total Reps For each movement ‬
