WOD, strength development DAY 6

Deadlift

  • Set 1: +5-10lbs from Day Five, 3-5 reps
  • Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps

Press

  • Set 1: +5lbs from Day Five, 3-5 reps
  • Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps

Cash out: Wall Ball Tabata
