Warm-Up/Skill Review: Burgener Warm-Up

  • 3 Down and Up
  • 3 Elbows High and Outside
  • 3 Muscle Snatch
  • 3 Snatch Land
  • 3 Hang Power Snatch

WOD: Snatch Ladder, 2 rounds for max effort

  • Using 1 bar, perform 1 rep every 45 seconds for a total of 10 reps
  • Choose a starting weight and decide how much to add each attempt
  • Get help from a partner to change weights between attempts
  • Rest 8 minutes between rounds (you go, your partner goes, repeat)
