Coach Julie’s WOD: “Death by Squat”

Perform 3 consecutive 10 minute rounds of the following movements where 1 rep is done in minute 1, 2 in minute 2, 3 in minute 3, etc:

  • Round 1: Overhead Squat
  • Round 2: Front Squat
  • Round 3: Back Squat

Post load and rounds completed to results
