Mobility: Hips and Shoulders

WOD: Thruster Ladder – Athletes will have 20 seconds to take a barbell from the ground, then perform one Thruster at a specified weight. They will have 10 seconds to transition to the next barbell. Their result is the highest successful thruster.

  • Weights for men: 95, 115, 135, 155, 165, 175, 185
  • Weights for women: 45, 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115
  • Complete 3 to 5 Rounds
  • Rest 2 minutes between rounds

Record results of each round.
