Team WOD: Perform the following movements Tabata style

  • Hang Power Clean, 115/75lbs
  • Push Press, 115/75lbs
  • DeadLift, 115/75lbs
  • Wall Ball, 20/14lbs
  • Sit-Ups
  • Walking Lunges
  • Burpees

The Rules:

  • Teams will be comprised of 2 men and 2 women
  • Each pair of men and women will share equipment
  • Each pair will alternate every 30 seconds throughout the entire workout
  • The rest time between movements is 10 seconds
  •  All teams will begin with Hang Power Cleans and finish with Burpees
  • The team’s score is the total of the lowest reps achieved by each teammate for all movements
