Dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006.

For time:

  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 400 meter run
  • 21 Thrusters,  95/75lbs
  • 800 meter run
  • 21 Thrusters,  95/75lbs
  • 400 meter run
  • 50 Pull-ups

Cash-Out: Done immediately following hero wod…

  • 2000 meter row

The Rules: 

  • Only 1 partner can be working at a time during Pull-Ups and Thrusters
  • Each partner must run the distance listed
  • Both partners must be back from the run before starting the next movement
  • Split up the rowing however you like
  • Your time ends when done with the Cash-Out
