Partner WOD  For Time:

  • 1 mile run (8 x 200 meter relay)
  • 5,000lbs Floor to Overhead (alternating work every 30 seconds)
  • 1 mile run ((8 x 200 meter relay)

Choose between 135, 115, 95, 75, 65 and 45lb bar for Floor to Overhead.
