Team WOD: 3 person teams will complete the following for time…

  • Row 500 meters
  • 50 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
  • Row 500 meters
  • 40 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
  • Row 500 meters
  • 30 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
  • Row 500 meters
  • 20 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball
  • Row 500 meters
  • 10 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball

The Rules:

  • The total amount of Rowing and Wall ball shots can be completed however each team decides
  • Teammates will  number themselves 1,2 and 3 and run 200 meters continuously, in that order, through the duration of the workout.
