  • 8 Wall Walks
  • 10-8-6-4-2 rep rounds of:
    • Overhead Squat, 95/65lbs
    • Bar Facing Burpees
  • 2 Rope climbs
  • 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds of:
    • Sumo DeadLift HighPull, 95/65lbs
    • Ring Dips
  • 2 Rope Climbs
  • 5 rounds of:
    • 10 Chest To Bar Pull-Ups
    • 10 Box Jumps
  • 100 AbMat Sit-Ups

The Rules:

  • Partner’s must share equipment
  • Complete each movement before moving on to the next
  • Divide reps however you want
