Halloween MmmmmW-A-A-A-A-D: “The Living vs. The Dead”

To remain among the living, perform the following as fast as possible:

  • 400 meter Run
  • 3 Rounds of:
    • 20 Push-Ups
    • 30 AbMatt Sit-ups
    • 40 Air Squats
  • 75 Double Unders (300 singles)
  • 50 Kettle Bell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
  • 25 Rope Climbs (per team)
  • 400 meter Run

The Rules:

  • Team Dead will consist of 5 Z0mbies
  • Team Living will be everyone else and have 3 Zombie Killers
  • Team Living gets a 2 minute head start
  • If you are a Zombie,  you must catch at least one of the Living.  If you fail to catch somebody you must do a penalty of 25 burpees after the workout.
  • If you are among the Living and you get caught by any Zombies then you must do the 25 burpees.
  • The members of Team Living who are Zombie Killers can help other teammates with their reps once they have done their own.
