ROOM 1

BARBELLS FOR BOOBS FUNDRAISER

Partner WOD: “Helen Meets Grace” for time…

  • “Helen” 3 rounds of:
    • 400m Run
    • 21 Kettle Bell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
    • 12 Pull-Ups
  • “Grace” 1 round of:
    • 30 Clean & Jerks, 135/95lbs

The Rules:

  • Both partners must do the runs together
  • Partners tag team in and out of KB Swings and Pull-Ups as needed
  • Once all 3 rounds of Helen are complete, teams move on to Grace
  • Partners tag team in and out of Clean & Jerks as needed
  • Your score is the time it takes to complete both WODs.

 

ROOM 2

Partner WOD: AMRAP in 20 minutes of…

  • Box Jump-Overs 24/20″
  • 1000m Row,  alternate every 200m
