Partner WOD: Perform the following movements Tabata style

  • Hang Power Snatch, 95/65lbs
  • Sumo DeadLift HighPull, 95/65lbs
  • Bar Facing Burpees, 95/65lbs
  • Med Ball Slams, 20/14lbs
  • Barbell Wipers
  • Box Jumps, 24/20″
  • Double Unders

The Rules:

  • Each pair will share equipment
  • Each pair will alternate every 30 seconds throughout the entire workout
  • The rest time between movements is 10 seconds
  •  All teams will begin with Hang Power Snatches and finish with Double Unders
  • The team’s score is the total of the average lowest reps achieved by each team for all movements
