TEAM WOD:  Together Everyone Achieves More

The Rules: In 20 minutes, using 50% of your 1RM Deadlift, score As Many Reps As Possible using the following schedule;

  • Snatch = 10
  • Thruster = 5
  • Ground to Overhead = 4
  • Squat Clean = 3
  • Deadlift = 1
  • Rowing, 1 calorie = 1 (max of 100 per person)
