  • 20 Floor to Overhead, 10 right arm / 10 left arm

Cash-Out: 6 minute Row for Calories

The Rules:

  • Each team must share 1 Kettle Bell
  • Complete each round in the order listed above
  • Divide the work as each team sees fit
  • Cash-Out is done immediately following the WOD
  • Scoring is based on total reps completed + calories rowed
