Team WOD: 10 Rounds for time of…

  • 50 Double-unders
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 30 Medicine ball cleans, 20/14lbs
  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 10 Handstand push-ups

The Rules:

  • Divide members into 2 teams
  • Complete 1 round at a time
  • Multiple teammates can be working simultaneously
  • Only 1 teammate can be working on a movement at a time
