Partner WOD: Perform the following movements Tabata style

  • Hang Power Snatch, 95/65lbs
  • Sumo DeadLift HighPull, 95/65lbs
  • Bar Facing Burpees, 95/65lbs
  • Med Ball Slams, 20/14lbs
  • Barbell Wipers, 95/65lbs
  • Box Jumps, 24/20″
  • Double Unders

The Rules:

  • Each pair will share equipment
  • Each pair will alternate every 30 seconds throughout the workout
  • The rest time between movements is 10 seconds
  • All teams will begin with Hang Power Snatches and finish with Double Unders

The team’s score is the total of the average lowest reps achieved by each team for each movement
