Team WOD: For time…

  • 50 KB Snatches, 1.5/1 pood
  • 50 Russian Twists, 1 pood
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 GHD Sit-Ups
  • 50 Med Ball Slams
  • 50 Ring Rows.

The Rules:

  • Work in teams of 3
  • 2 people work movements, while 1 person rows.
  • Record score as total meters rowed minus total minutes to complete WOD
