Team WOD:  Teams of 3 rotate between the following movements every 3 minutes on a continuously running clock while accumulating as many reps as possible…

  • Wall Ball / Double Unders
  • Big Tire Flip / Double Unders
  • Box Jumps, 30 or 24″ / Double Unders
  • GHD Sit-Ups / Double Unders
  • Heavy Bag Shuttle Run / Double Unders
  • Row for Calories / Double Unders

The Rules:

  • Divide up the time per station however you like
  • Only 2 team member can be working per station at a time
