TEAM WODS
WOD #1: Row + Box Jump Relay
Teams are accumulating max distance on rower and max rep box jumps. Rotate through the 5 stations on 1 minute intervals and a continously running clock for 15 minutes.
Team member stations:
#1- Row
#2- Rest
#3- Rest
#4- Box Jump
#5- Rest
WOD #2: AMRAP in 10 min Partner WOD
Partner 1 does a round while Partner 2 rest
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Sit-Ups
- 15 Kettle Bell Swings
