Partner WOD:  “This will hurt so much your mama will feel it”

  • 50 Thrusters per team, 45/30lbs
  • 800m Barbell Carry, 115/75lbs
  • 50 Sit-Ups each
  • 800m Barbell Carry, 115/75lbs
  • 25 Push-Ups each on barbell
  • 800m Barbell Carry, 115/75lbs
  • 25 Pull-Ups each

The Rules:

  • With a 45#/33# bar do 50 Thrusters each.  Bar never touches the ground; you must pass it between partners.  If bar touches the ground, 5 burpees each.
  • When finished, load the bar up with your weight (men 115#/Women #75) BUT the bar may never touch the ground.  Each person grabs an end and walk/run 800m (around our building twice) with the bar at your hip.  If you drop or set the bar down, 5 burpees each.  When you have completed 800 meters, bring the bar back inside, put the bar down and do 50 Sit-ups each with your feet hooked around each other.
  • Pick up the bar back up, go outside and continue to go another 800 meters (around our building twice) Again, anytime the bar is set down, 5 burpees each.  When you have completed the 800 meters, bring the bar back inside, put the bar down and do 25 push-ups each with your hands on the bar.  Resting position will be in a plank with arms locked out.  5 burpee penalty.
  • Pick up the bar back up, go outside and continue to go another 800 meters (around our building twice) Again, anytime the bar is set down, 5 burpees each.  When you have completed the 800 meters, bring the bar back inside, put the bar down and finish by doing 25 pull-ups each.  One person working at a time
