Partner WOD: For time…

  • “Eva” 5 rounds of:
    • 800m Run
    • 30 Kettlebell Swings, 2/1.5 pood
    • 30 Pull-Ups
  • “Kelly” 5 rounds of:
    • 400m Run
    • 30 Wall Balls, 20/14lbs
    • 30 Box Jumps, 24/20″

The Rules:

  • Partners must do all runs together and the distance is divided between them (both run 400 = 800m run)
  • Only 1 person working at a time on movements, other person can rest.
  • Do Eva first then move on to Kelly 0r alternate between a round of Eva then a round of Kelly
