Saturday, June 8 WOD

Team WOD: “Embrase The Suck”  Teams of 4 complete the following 20 minute AMRAP…

  • 200m Run
  • 25 AbMat Sit-Ups
  • 250m Row
  • 10 Burpees

The Rules:

  • Teammates pick a station to start and rotate through the AMRAP for 20 minutes
  • All teammates are working at the same time
  • You cannot rotate to the next station until all 4 teammates have finished the station they are on
