Saturday, June 4 WOD

TEAM WOD: AMRAP in 20 min of:

  • 15  Calorie Row
  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Two-arm dumbbell ground-to-overhead (45/35lb DBs)
  • 15 Steps of Overhead walking lunge (45/25lb plate)
  • 15 Inverted Ring Rows
  • 150 foot Sprint

The Rules:

  • 4 to a team
  • Team member 1 starts at rower and while rest of team waits.  Once rower is clear, team member 2 starts rowing and so on.
  • Each round completed by each team member counts as 1 point.
  • You cannot start a station until it is clear.
  • Half points can be earned for doing half the prescribed reps for a round (to keep things moving along).
