Team WOD: In teams of 3 or 4, score As Many Points As Possible in 30 minutes as follows…

  • 25 meter Burpee Broad Jump = 5 points
  • 25 meter Overhead Walking Lunges, 45/25lbs = 5 points
  • 25 Ring Rows = 5 points
  • 25 GHD Sit-Ups = 5 points
  • 20 Sit-Thrus = 5 points
  • Rowing, 1 Calorie = 1 point

The Rules:

  • Each team member must score points in each of the above categories

Scoring:

  • Total Points / # of Teammates = Score
