  • 200 Yard Run

Workout 2

5 Rounds for time of:

  • 10 unbroken Hang Cleans (135/85lbs)
  • 15 Hand Release Push-Ups
  • 5 burpee penalty if Hang Cleans are broken up

Workout 3:

21 – 15- 9 rep rounds for time of:

  • Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • Kettle Bell Swings (2/1.5 pood)
  • Sit-Up to Stand-up
