  • 20 Push-Presses, 115/75lbs
  • 30 Calorie Row

Rules:

  • Partners must share equipment
  • Only 1 person working at a time

Cash-Out: 100 Round House Push-Ups

  • Members form 1 large circle in the push-up ready position.  Going clockwise around the circle, each person does a push-up in order until 100 are reached.
