Team WOD: 3 Rounds for Max Reps of…

(1 minuter per station on a continuously running clock)

  • 1 Arm Dumbbell Floor to Overhead, 45/25
  • Sit-Up to Stand-Up
  • Clapping Push-Ups
  • Row for calories
  • Wall Ball, 20/14

Done in Teams of 5.  Team member 1 begins at station 1 while the rest are in order waiting.  Team members advance 1 station accumulating reps until all 5 stations are completed  by all 5 team members.  Once team member 5 finishes station 5, team member 1 begins station 1 for round 2.
