WOD  “Fight Gone Bad” x 5 Rounds

With a continously running clock, accumulate as many reps as possible in 1 minute at each station.  Rest 1 minute between rounds.  One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

  • Wall Ball, 20lbs
  • Sumo Deadlift HighPull, 75lbs
  • Box Jumps, 20″
  • Push-Press, 75llbs
  • Row for calories
