Team WOD: 10 Rounds for time of…

  • 50 Double-unders or 200 Jump Ropes
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 30 Med Ball Cleans, 20/14lbs
  • 20 Kettle Bell Swings, 2/1.5 pood
  • 10 Burpees

The Rules:

  • Divide members into teams of 5
  • Complete 1 round at a time
  • Multiple teammates can be working simultaneously but not on the same movement
